About Jeremy Taylor - SharePoint Technical Specialist.

Canberra-Sydney Area

I am a SharePoint Admin, blogger and work as an independent SharePoint contractor on a number of SharePoint projects.

I predominantly work as a SharePoint Technical Support contract for a government department in Canberra, Australia. I also assist other government departs in their SharePoint architecture, installation and issues. I provide support to a growing number of small-medium size companies with their SharePoint environment.
I am a SharePoint Technical Consultant with ExtelligentDesign and work closely with SharePoint MVPs Ishai Sagi and Brian Farnhill.

I am not a SharePoint developer! I have over 7 years experience with installing, configuring, managing and supporting SharePoint since STS 2.0 and SPS 2003.
Alongside my SharePoint experience, I offer my 10+ years of systems administration, architecture and support experience, primarily in Microsoft and Cisco.

I can offer professional advice, design assistance and administration support for your SharePoint IT infrastructure. I can provide Ad-hoc support for your SharePoint environment. I can introduce you to the right person to do the right SharePoint task you need. Just ask me, I’m here to help!

I am a green MOSS SP 2007 admin with minimal training. I am searching right now for resources to help figure out how IIS 6.0 should be configured to support SP 2007. I am getting errors that are resulting in IIS not serving pages or reporting out of memory to users.

I have posted questions to msdn and iis.net but so far have not gotten responses. I am not asking for help resolving the problem – just suggestions about books, blogs, papers, etc. that cover the topic of IIS 6 and SP 2007 troubleshooting, configuration, etc.

If you don’t know of any, thanks for at least reading my posting.
